1. Home care for the Aged

a . Caring for your senior parents or relatives is very important. We offer training in Home Care which includes Personal care, Hygiene, Safety, Bathing, Grooming, night/day care, meal preparation

2. Live well, Exercise Well (2015 Program)- Heart and Stroke and Osteoporosis prevention

a. Regular scheduling of health and wellness presentation of signs and symptoms of heart and stroke, and prevention of osteoporosis. We provide regular osteoporosis workshops: awareness and prevention through diet and exercise.  We have guest speakers from the Osteoporosis society, where doctors and nurses are available for the workshops. We provide workshops on heart and stroke prevention and address signs and symptoms. We provide workshops on diabetes prevention: pre diabetes and post diabetes. We provide a regular physical exercise program combined with Line dancing. This event includes congregate dining, with a nutritious meal. We provide a Tai Chi program 4 times a year

3. Daycare for Seniors with Alzheimer’s and Dementia

a. For people with Alzheimer's and dementia, adult day centers provide a chance to be social and to participate in staffed activities such as music and exercise programs.




MSCG's mission is to improve the lives and health of seniors, people with disabilities and those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's by implementing a variety of programs that improve the health and wellness of seniors. Our objective is to reduce isolation and increase physical and mental activity amongst seniors. Our goals are to alleviate feelings of isolation which are often felt in the socially neglected communities by organizing activities such as congregate dining, friendly visiting, and other social and recreational events.
